Well i think i well and truly have SPD. My back and pelvis is agony! Iv got to see a physco and see if she can help and i also have a bump band to lift my bump off my pelvis! Still hurts thou Sad

i had this when preg with the girls and was given a support belt thing, but it didn't do much!

i think Sarah had acupuncture when she was pregnant, is that right Sarah?

Might be worth trying

Dont like the sound of needles! But i have got a belt and have worn it all day today, has helped a little but it's tight and uncomfy Sad

Well iv been wearing the belt most of today and it does make a diffrence. I took it off later on this afternoon and now my back is painful, were it is'nt when i have it on.

Back Pain is not nice, i had a trapped nerve a while back and have problems ever since.....i agree with katie, that andrew should give you a back massage for being horrid.....xxxx thinking of you xxxx
