I've done Slimming World so had Alice and Tasha we all lost with it

Yes i did SW last year and lost over 2 stone! I must admit iv put a stone of it back on but i do have an excuse im pregnant lol! One of the best diets iv done! Very recommened!!

yep have to agree with sarah and alice...slimming world is a fab diet....i lost 2.5st last year and kept it off....still got a lot more to go but its a good diet to follow that works and doesnt feel like you are depriving urself too much. Hope u get on ok if ur thinking of doing it...im aiming to start on it again soon - must loose another 2st at least xx
