Firstly the easiest way to post a picture is to open an account for photobucket.

Located at... www.photobucket.com

Then just upload your picture to there.

Once you have loaded it up to there u will be able to see codes for the picture.

Use the [IMG] code and just literally paste the code into the message box. When u click submit it will be there!
