If you are new to site and dont know how to post a topic, hopefully this will help.

Just choose a board you want to post in from the main forum.

Once in there click the blue "post topic" icon as shown here...

How to post a new topic Newtopic

Once you click that you should get a page like this....

How to post a new topic Send

Type in the message you want and click the "send" as highlighted!
