PostSubject: My clever big girl   My clever big girl Icon_minitime17th September 2008, 1:16 am

Went with out her dummy for the 1st time last night in bed.
I explained to her that she was a big girl now and doesn't need a dummy anymore and that babies like her cousin Kye have one. She was quite happy about that til we went to bed, she did moan and get upset about not having it and I thought if she was really upset i'll give it back to her but she went to sleep just fine. She woke at 5am asked for it but I just gave her, her baby and she went back off to sleep.

Well done on being such a big girl Sophie xxxx

When Ashley gave his up he asked fo it during the day a few times and that was it, he was easy, I don't think the girls are going to be quite that easy though!

Well done Sophie Very Happy

Amy, i'm sure the girls will do fine. I personally don't think they are ready to give theirs up yet. Sophie would sleep most of the night without hers thats why I gave it a go.

She got a certificate from playschool today for giving her dummy up Smile xx
