last night went to bed about 10pm, was feeling so poorly with this awful head cold!!! a couple of hours later i heard the most awful screaming, i couldnt work out if it was eliza or charlie, i went to see, it was charlie he was sat in his bed distraught, i saw his pillow and saw there was something onit, i thought oh great he's been sick! i turned the light on and his pillow and bedding were covered in blood! i grabbed him up and rushed downstairs to show david - who was sat on the loo having a poo!! lol!!! he said he had heard a thud so maybe he fell out of bed, there wasnt any blood on him and i couldnt understand where it had come from, i was so worried!!!! i checked him head to toe, thinking it must be a nose bleed, eventually he spat his dummy out and i realised it was his bottom lip, somehow he managed to cut it! i felt so awful for him, my poor baby, this morning he woke up with a big fat lip!!!

I was terrified, imagine it, i was half asleep going into charlies room with him howling the place down - which is unusual enough, but then to see all this blood!!! it was awful, but the mouth does tend to bleed alot, i was so relieved when i saw the tiny little cut in his mouth - although it is bruised and swollen now and when he was eathing some crisps he was crying it hurt him (silly me i didnt think!) he has a bedside table right next to his bed, i wonder if he bumped his mouth on that, who knows
