Also if you get them bobbly rough skin at the top of your arms it helps get rid of them too and make your arms lovely and smooth

You are lucky i get them but when i use the body brush its gets rid of them

Its not painful at all Alice, you just use one of them body brushes and do light strokes and it gets rid of all them dead skin cells and makes your skin lovely and soft.
