Dry body brushing daily increases circulation, improves metabolism,
eliminates dead skin cells, helps the body's natural detoxification
process and allows your body cream to work better giving you super soft
skin.
Use long sweeping movements up towards your heart and
clockwise circles on you belly. Then get in the bath or shower, after
washing cover your body in a body cream.

This is ideal to do before a fake tan too.

Also if you get them bobbly rough skin at the top of your arms it helps get rid of them too and make your arms lovely and smooth Very Happy

You are lucky i get them but when i use the body brush its gets rid of them

Its not painful at all Alice, you just use one of them body brushes and do light strokes and it gets rid of all them dead skin cells and makes your skin lovely and soft.
