| I just wondered if anyone knew what I could do to help?? I suffer with Sciatica really bad and very often. I have been to the Dr's and they wont even consider even putting my name on a list for Physio, because the waiting list is too long!! I have been on 2 different types of painkillers, the first made me itch really bad and the second gave me headaches! Its a catch 22 situation, do I take them and get headaches or not take it and suffer with pain? I thought about acupuncture (sp!) and massage, but just wondered if any of you have any suggestions?? |

| I had sciatica when I was pregnant and I had accupuncture and it was the best thing I ever did. Ok the next day I was in agony but after that I was pain free for ages | |

| I was hoping you would say that lol. As much as I dont like the idea of needles! My cousin has just qualified in accupuncture, so I am hoping that she will be able to help when she gets back off her hols. |

They dont hurt, the only ones that i thought hurt a little were on my ankle and behind my knee other than that they tingle when they are in you but thats cos they are working, | |

| I have already tried Codeine. Thats what made me itch! It was suggested that I ask the Dr about giving me Tramadol, but iw ould rather try the accupuncture first. I bought some Radox muscle soak bubble bath today, so I am going to have a lovely long soak in the bath once the kids are in bed. |
