| well as you know eliza has mastered riding her bike, but yesterday when i picked her up from school, we came home and spent the rest of the day outside the front (from 1;20 - 5;30 to be exact!!!!) she was riding her bike the whole time, we live in a cul de sac and she would leave outside our house and ride to the end up the path and back down the other side. she has even now mastered starting off on her own, before i had to hold the bike till she got started, but I dont even have to do that now!! It was crazy watching her, I was so proud of her and chuffed with myself that I had taught her to ride. that I was nearly crying! I couldnt help it, she was riding her bike looking so happy and singing songs on the way! she is such an angel! when next doors little boy finished school (eliza's friend who is 5 - called paul) i let him have a go on eliza's bike, he had never ridden wothout stabilisers before, I didnt think he would do it, but omg straight away first time he rode on his own! couldnt believe my eyes! got a feeling we'll be outside again today, but i have my mum coming for dinner, we having a curry. eliza cant wait to show mum and maisie that she can ride!!! I love being a mummy!!! here is a link to the pics of eliza riding her bike http://www.new.facebook.com/album.php?aid=73725&l=f15e4&id=647270032 | |
