Having trouble thinking of healthy meals so thought if we all posted our daily food diaries I could nick some ideas!!!! Lol

TUES
BREAKFAST: Fruit and Fibre, Semi skimmed milk
LUNCH: Jacket potato with beans and salad
TEA (to be cooked!!!): Tacos with chilli and rice
SNACKS: Apple and Banana

Please give me some ideas!!!!

Hay hun! Im following the Slimming world diet.

Today i have had:

Breakfast, Mullerlight with Banana & Apple

Lunch, Beans on toast with a little cheese on top!

Dinner: Home made chicken curry and rice x

Todays food (wed 25th)

BREAKFAST: fruit and fibre with semi skimmed milk
LUNCH: Veg soup, pineapple and apple
TEA: Spag bol (yum!) Mullerlight

omg what an AWESOME idea!!!!!!

today ive been sooooo not good.

Breakfast: hula hoops lol
Dinner: Quarter pounder and fries (omg no wonder im a heffer)
Tea: still cooking having grilled chops and oven done wedges and peas.....prob best of the day lol.

Thurs food
BREAKFAST: Fruit and Fibre and Semi skimmed milk
LUNCH: Lentil soup, Banana and Apple
TEA: Sweet and Sour stir fried chicken and noodles, Mullerlight

Went for quite a long walk after work aswell delivering Avon books so feel happy with myself today Smile
